::..Goodbye Sweet Clove..:: ~Clato~

I ran softly thought the Woods. I need this, i thought. I can't mess up now. Now that I've got Cato's trust. Cato... I shoke the thought off my mind. I had no idea where I was headed, but I had a pretty good sense. Soon I approached the clearing, and hid behind a bush. I must lie in wait, no matter how much I'd like to kill anybody nearby, to just get it over with. There on a clean little table we're four small bags. Minutes past, and I swore you could've heard a pin drop. Then the the District 5 girl ran out- And boy was she fast. She didn't hesitate to grab her districts bag, and without another notice, she dissapered. I stayed in place. This was going to be easy. Next Came Katniss. Boy did I hate that girl. I don't know what it is about her. Maybe the fact she stole all our sponsers with her and Lover Boys Relationship. Or maybe its becuase she thought she was better than us. No matter. because I was going to kill her. I sprang out and raced across the ground. Katniss turned around but she was too late because my body was hurled into hers. I must admit she put up a good fight as we rolled around but she was no match for me, Or at least not in her state of mind. I slowly took out my knife and growled harsley at her.
"Wheres lover Boy?" I looked at the district 12 bag, considering if I should abandon her and demolish whatever was so important.
She stuggled under my grip. "He's out hunting. PEETA! PEETA!"
I had the sense of mind to slap that girl and shut her up, but i couldnt risk the fact if peeta was alive, He'd hear her.
"QUIET DISTRICT 12! Your lying. I know Cato took care of him, you probably strapped him in the tree's somewhere, and thats his medicine isn't it?"
I traced my knife along her lips as a sly smile came across my face.
"Too bad he'll never get it. Now. Where's that little friend of yours? Rue was her name? Thats right. We killed her. Now I'm going to kill you."
A look came across Katniss's face, one of hatred and fear. That would only make my job more Pleasurable.
"Now lets start at your lips shall we? You wont be needing those anymore. Want to blow a kiss to lover-boy?" I said in a mocking tone. She lashed out and left a mark on my face. It stung as i felt blood tricking down. The pleasure was drained as I only felt pure hatred for this worthless girl.
" i promised Cato If I got you i'd give the audience a good show" Before i could even raise my knife i stuffled a gasp as something- Or someone grabbed me and pulled me into the air by my neck, and was slammed into the side of the Cornucopia. I was now face to face with Thresh. I struggled, now feeling How katniss must have felt. Hopeless.
"You? You killed that little girl?" Thresh yelled at me and tightened his grip. This made it hard to speak but I manged.
"N-No! I S-swear! It wasn't me!" I stammered. he didnt believe me.
"I HEARD YOU MENTION HER NAME. WHAT DID YOU DO? CUT HER UP?" Thresh had started bellowing at me. I just stood there- No. hanged there petrified with fear my mouth hanging open. Then I screamed. A scream. The only thing that was on my mind. The only thing that could save me.
"CATO! CATO!!" I screeched. This seemed to pull a trigger in Thresh because he bent down and before i could understand he smashed a rock into my head. The pain was un-bearable, as i felt my brain swell and convulse. Blood came down my face as Thresh dropped me like game. My vision became blurry and the only thing i could hear was the blood roaring in my ears. This is it.. I'm so sorry i failed you District 2... Im sorry i failed you Cato. A single tear dripped down my face as Both Katniss and Thresh escaped into the woods. the last thing I saw was Cato rushing towards me. Despite my brain drama, and the blurriness I could never forget Cato's face. he held my hand and cried. That was the first time i've seen him cry. As my head pounded i decided to let go. My last breath was one of Joy as cato held my hand. I let everything happen, and the last thing i heard was a cannon.
"Goodbye Clove..." Cato whispered as he brushed the girls hair off her face and stood up. " I will avenge you tonight."



As Clove sat in a medow, all alone she was whispering a song.
"~♫ Kiss it all Better, I'm not Ready to go... ♫ ~
~ ♫ Its not your fault love you dint know... You didn't know.. ♫ ~
~ ♫ Her hands are so cold as he kisses her face ♫ ~
~ ♫ And says everything will be alright..♫ ~
~ ♫ He noticed the gun and his rage grew inside ♫ ~"

Clove stopped singing as she buried her head in her arms, and cried silently. Only a gentle voice made her look up, as a young man finished her sentence.

" ♫ I'll avenge my lover tonight... ♫ "
The girls face was flushed with emotions and she got up and Ran into the arms of cato. He bruhsed her hair wish his hand as they sat in the meadow together and sang their song.
"He cries stay with me until I fall asleep.. Stay with me. Stay with me until I fall asleep Stay with me.. Kiss it all better I'm not ready to go.."
Cato's hand Brushed against Cloves and she grabbed his hand and leaned on his shoulder.
"We can be together now. No body can ever harm us here." Cato whispered.
Clove nodded, and she was now happy.
" I killed him for you Clove. for you. I paid the ultimate price. But it was worth it. Now I'm yours forever."
